Warning About New AdverQuests (2006-04-06)
I wanted to post this up from so everyone would see it in case they don't read about update topics (sometime uninteresting). Be warned that the new adverquests in Kryta are only doable from one side. If you pick the Kurzick quest, you can't do the Luxon quest later from the same character. They are better than the Romeo and Juliet AdverQuests(tm) as you get to kill stuff lol. Just make sure you pick appropriately for the Faction you choose to join. Word has it, though, that you can take a second character and do the other quest if you have another character at that location.
Enjoy :-)
For more about the update including some spolier links in case you did one side and want to see the other side:
http://www.guildwarsguru.com/forum/s....php?t=3006582
EDIT: You can definitely do both quests with more than one character. The same character cannot do both quests. Just make sure that the characters you want to do the quests with have already completed (and accepted the rewards, as I found out) the Romeo/Juliet quests from Lion's Arch. You did not have to do the 'Clearing the Settlement' quests on the character to do the Romeo/Juliet quests and these quests.

there has been nothing to say that we're permanently choosing sides just from the quest we choose, yet, has there?

quite possibly, but any quests pertaining to the kurzick camp from there out would be impossibly to complete and vice versa

....what is this AdverQuest?
I mean, what's wrong with calling them "Quests"?

:-) Nothing's wrong with calling them quests. AdverQuests is only a subset of quests.. We like to enjoy ourselves here.. It's not derogatory, just mindless fun while we wait for Chapter 2.
Plus it's easier to differentiate for some people that may not be going the Factions route (if there is anyone).

I believe I did both. Basically accept both of them, complete them and then get the rewards after. If you get the reward then then try and get the other quest, maybe that doesn't work... Not sure, but I'm vertain I did both...

I believe you're thinking of the 'Romeo and Juliet' quests. You get the new quests at the settlements, and the quest involves destroying the opposing faction.
The bleached bones are a nice touch...

Yea, its a shame but it must be true.. there probably wont be any more of these kind of quests AFTER factions has released.
Which is a shame really, becuase if they can do this in lions arch, why not make other kind of quests for other cities?
seems to me that Lions arch is still the most happening city... feel sorry for the other cites that are left out.

There is a new quest introduced today which you get from the Luxon/Kurzick settlements. It's called 'Crush the Luxon/Kurzick' depending on which you choose.
There's alot of confusion in LA over this!

IMO, they both need to go, we would all be a little happeir and the world a litttle safer, if they just wiped themselves out.

Only way you can't do both is at the same time. You need to map back to the nearest town and start over. Rezoning didn't even work for me but I got both quests done as well.
